Beach Gear Closet

The beach and pool closet is just outside the front door and stocked with everything you need — all complimentary:

  • Beach wagon (rolls via the ramp at One Seagrove access)

Cassine Gardens Pool

Two resort-style pools within Cassine Gardens — steps from your front door.

Pool #1 (near tennis courts): Take a right out the front door. Take a right onto Cassine Garden Circle. After you pass Cypress St, pass one building — the pool is immediately on the right. Community bathrooms available.

Pool #2: Access from Myrtle Drive via the boardwalk on your left, or from Cassine Way past Maui Waves Beach shop — boardwalk is on the right.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Tennis courts and pickleball courts are located through the Pool #1 gates — walk straight back and past the restrooms on the right. Racquets and paddles are in the beach gear closet outside your front door.

Nature Trails

Two options right from your backyard:

Boardwalk Trail: A scenic boardwalk over a pond leading to a gazebo with a porch swing. Access from Myrtle Drive or Cassine Garden Circle on your LEFT coming from 30A.

Cassine Trail: Part of the Eastern Lake Trail System of Point Washington State Forest. Trailhead is at the end of Cypress Street — marked with a white "Nature Trail" sign.

⚠️ Water moccasins live in the area — please do not put hands or extremities in the water.

Fishing Lake

Cassine Gardens has a stocked fishing lake within the community. A fun activity for kids and adults — no boat required. Fishing gear is not provided. The lake is also home to turtles — kids love feeding them!

Golf Cart

If you've rented an electric golf cart:

  1. Park the cart in front of the home
  2. Plug the rental company's cord into the cart
  3. Retrieve the extension cord from the primary bedroom closet
  4. Take the extension cord out onto the primary bedroom deck
  5. Use the outdoor outlet to the RIGHT of the slider door (facing from outside)
  6. Drop the cord down and connect to the cart charger cord below

⚠️ Keep the deck door CLOSED while charging — bugs will come in.

Deck & Outdoor Space

The main deck off the living room overlooks the beautiful cypress grove — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The master bedroom also has a private balcony for quiet mornings, and the second bedroom has its own balcony too.

One Seagrove Beach Access

Walk time: ~5 minutes  ·  Ramp: Yes — wagon rolls all the way down!

Directions: Take a left out the front door onto Myrtle Drive. Stay on Myrtle Drive to 30A. Take a right on 30A (past Mi Casita Mexican Restaurant). Walk a few yards to the crosswalk with the yellow pedestrian crossing sign. Cross 30A carefully. Take a right, then your first left down the drive to the beach entrance (past the tall One Seagrove high rise).

Shower and bike rack available at the top of the entrance. The ramp makes it easy to roll the wagon down.

Seagrove Beach Access

Seagrove Beach has one of the most impressive collections of public beach accesses on all of 30A. From east to west:

  • Walton Dunes — 258 Beachfront Trail
  • Sugar Dunes — 11 Beachside Drive
  • Eastern Lake — 491 Eastern Lake Road
  • Ram's Gate — 679 Eastern Lake Road
  • One Seagrove Place ★ — 57 Seagrove Place (closest!)

Seagrove Beach is a laid-back stretch of 30A known for sugar-white sand, blue-green emerald waters, and rare coastal dune lakes. With 20 public beach accesses, you'll never be far from the Gulf — and most are walking or biking distance from The Seashell 30A.
